Shipping policy

Carol P. Gifts customers can select between Shipping, Store Pick-up, and Local Delivery in their cart. Please feel free to contact us if you have any unanswered questions or issues.

Shipping

Our processing time is usually 1-3 days, depending on the item, after receiving your order. We ship from Round Rock, TX, using USPS ground shipping, starting at approximately $7, with varying prices depending on your address. Shipping inside Austin, TX usually takes 1-2 business days, and shipping to other states takes 2-4 business days.
We do not ship internationally.
We can never guarantee an exact delivery window via USPS. If you need expedited shipping, we suggest you pay for USPS Priority Mail Express.
USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express options are available at checkout. Please note that we cannot expedite orders made after 11 a.m. on Friday.

Store Pick-up (free of charge, also available on Sat/Sun from 8 am to 10 am)

We currently offer free local pickup in zip code 78665
We suggest contacting a local courier if you need expedited delivery (from Mon-Fri) to a location that is over our 15-mile radius limit. In that case, please select Store Pick-Up at your check-out and immediately contact us at info@carolpgifts.com to notify us about your order.
As long as the order is placed by 11 am CT (from Mon-Fri), we can have it ready for pickup the same day between the hours of 1 pm and 2:30 pm. For questions, please contact us.

Local Delivery (starting at $5, free for $100+ orders within a 15-mile radius)

We currently offer local delivery to select zip codes (within a 15-mile radius of our store) starting at $5.
For orders over $100, delivery is free of charge (within a 15-mile radius of our store).
